I’ve switched blogging platforms… again. For the millionth time. But this time I actually like what I have. So, we’ll see how it goes this time ;)

I finally got around to decorating my apartment a bit. Hopefully I can add a bit more each day. I also have 5 different candles I alternate between. And Christmas lights all around my living room. It still doesn’t quite feel like Christmas, and I’m not sure it will this year. For the past many many years we have always had Christmas at my parent’s house. I love the feeling of it there, but unfortunately this year we’re having it at my sister’s apartment. I don’t know, it just doesn’t have the same feeling. At least I can see Kyle on Christmas Day this year…

A year ago my camera was usually pointed at myself, I was deep into the world of self portraits. These days I find it to be the opposite. I find capturing the beauty around me to be completely satisfying and intriguing. I can’t wait until the cooler months so I can be outside again.
